In 2000 Cactus Sky first developed the Process of Adaptive Sequence Messaging. This system works by using triggers in the content of the eMail that are identified and technology known as Adaptive Sequence Messaging (ASM). ASM will send out a series of appropriate messages based upon the recipients' response and interaction.
This ASM system has pre-designed logic that allows it to work with little or no ongoing involvement thus freeing up personnel while the system is automatically contacting clients and fostering long term relationships.
Pre-defined sequential messages that are triggered conditionally, based on user response to prior messages in sequence. These "Drill Down" Campaigns typically generate response rates in excess of 40%.
