To effectively promote your “Booth” at the NADA Expo to your clients, contacts and leads please use a combination of the following Social Media Tools:
A. Facebook Business Account ~~ If you have a “Facebook Fan” page, please send postings to all of your “Fans” attending the Expo advising them that you are an Exhibitor and where your Booth will be located.
B. Facebook Personal Account ~~ Please send postings to your “Friends”.
C. Twitter ~~ Have a Twitter Account? Again, send postings telling folks you will be an Exhibitor and where your booth will be. (Limited to 142 characters)
D. LinkedIn Posts ~~ Make sure you share updates! Most Dealers actively use LinkedIn so be sure to post your info on this popular site.
Some Sample Postings Include:
- NADA Expo….Come stop by and see us. We will be in Booth # __. Looking forward to it!
- COME SEE US….At the NADA Expo, Booth __ . Great new product info to share with you.
- Come say “HI” at the Expo. We have dynamite new info to tell you about. Booth _____. Look for us!
- NADA Expo…We are waiting for you! Stop on by “Booth __” to see us.
- Service, Sales, Ideas Galore….Don’t miss out!! Come visit us at, Booth _____!
E. Make a Facebook Event – Simply Follow Steps Below
- Log in to “Facebook” home page
- Select “My Events” from the navigation menu
- Hit the “Create Event” button
- Fill in all the details about the “Expo”
- Choose the level of access i.e. open, closed
- Click “Create Event” to complete
- Invite Guests
- Congrats!!….You have just created your “Event”
F. Email Blasts – “Sample Letter” to Send to your Email Contacts
Dear xxxx,
Greetings!! Just a quick note to let you know that we will be exhibiting at the NADA Convention and Expo in Vegas next week.
(Content specific to exhibitor……)
