Would you like to have your customer's eMail addresses? Many companies have their customer addresses, but don't have their customer eMail addresses, which is where eMail Matching can help.
eMail Matching is the process of taking your company's customer database and matching eMail addresses to them. Effectively, we will take your customers physical mailing addresses and "match" that address with their current eMail address. Most businesses have very few, if any, of their customer's eMail addresses.
How does it work?
A copy of your customer database is sent for eMail Matching. When a match is found, the eMail address is added to your file. We can also match a vast amount of additional information, including; age, income, marital status, presence of children, and much more.
When the matching process is complete, a Thank You / Opt Out eMail is then sent to your new online customers. This eMail is designed to introduce the benefits of receiving eMail from you, as well as to give them the opportunity to remove their eMail address (opt out) from your database, should they choose not to receive your eMail communications.
How many "matches" from my database should I expect to receive?
On average, and depending on the quality of the database, we should be able to provide between 10% and 30% viable customer eMail addresses.
The key is that you only pay for the number of eMail addresses that we deliver from the Thank You / Opt Out eMail. You do not pay for invalid eMail addresses or the initial opt outs.
