New advertising medium available during tough economic times

Visible Customer launches guaranteed marketing program
Representatives from Visible Customer have announced they are rolling out the “Not One Red Cent Guarantee,” a new performance and accountability program that provides guaranteed results for auto dealers. Auto dealers who engage with Visible Customer must realize a pre-determined increase in incremental gross profits attributable to Visible Customer’s marketing services. If not, Visible Customer will refund the difference between the fees paid by the auto dealer for its marketing services and the increased incremental gross profit. Visible Customer is introducing this offer to be directly accountable and to help offset some of the negative impacts to automotive dealers from the current economic crisis including the credit crunch and higher gas prices.

Visible Customer is one of the only automotive marketing firms whose programs focus on increasing auto dealership profitability by designing messages targeted to individual customer needs and preferences. Visible Customer uses a proprietary Intelligent Membership Database (IMD) to extract, refine, append and analyze dealer DMS data.
