| Sent: |
This is the total number of contacts in your list at the time the message was sent. |
| Delivered: |
The number of messages successfully delivered to the Internet Service Providers. This number is calculated by subtracting the number of hard and soft bounces from the total number of emails sent. |
| Opened: |
A message is considered opened when the contact views the email either in full view or in the preview pane and images are enabled or if images are disabled and a click through occurs. |
| Read: |
A message is considered "read" after the contact held the message open for five seconds or longer. |
| Clickers: |
Clickers are people that read the email and then click on a link to go to your website. If someone has taken the time to read your email and then clicks to your website they have some interest and are a good prospect. |
| Unique Clickers: |
Many people will click on more than one link in an email - unique clickers are the total number of people that clicked with the duplicates removed. |
| Data Capture Form: |
An area on a landing page set up to capture information about the reader and to provide the reader the opportunity to request a demo or to get additional information. |
| Form Abandonment: |
This is the number of people that click to go to a data capture form but do not complete the form and submit it |
| Drill Down eMail: |
An email campaign sent to people that have opened or clicked in an earlier email. The drill down email provides an opportunity to make special offers to these interested contacts. |
